it could just be complaining that it cant see the Callserver, you should log in to callserver see whats going on. Are the other MGC's on the system registered ok? Can you ping from LD117 to see if it can hit the MGC, also do a "stat ss" & "stat ipmg" if all the other devices are talking to the callserver then that would lead you away from suspecting anything on that. I see the 1E on the MGC has a light so you could take a look at the MGC ELAN from the data switch side, also put serial cable in the MGC and see if you can login to it. If you can get into the MGC you could look at "mgcinfoshow" see what ELAN its using (if dual homed), "ethspeedshow" make sure its running 100 Full.
