question...before we were able to transfer a incomming call to any number by using the link feature (Feature* 7, 1)..

example...customer would call and ask for the sales rep...since the current sales rep is out of state we would push (Feautre* 7, 1) which enables "Link Mode", then we would just input the sales rep's number, and hang up...call would automaticly be transferd to the inputed number...

But now for some reason, when we try the "Link Mode" then hang up...the customer automaticly gets transfered back to our work #...instead of the current "Link" # that was inputed...

any ideas why this is? and how to fix this problem? It would work before, but not anymore for some odd reason. Its not the cell# on the other end because we tried diffrent numbers. verizon did upgrade our analog lines to T1, might this be the reason why?
