Nortel cics with call pilot 100 msg wtg wont go off

I have a customer with a nortel cics and call pilot 100. the message waiting light will not turn off on one of the phones. I reset the switch and voice mail and it did not clear. Any suggestions?

Feature #65 will turn off the message lite.

You can also go into the programing for the CP100 and uncheck the box in the voicemail box that says display message waiting.

I'd bet it isn't a msg from the CP. F1 will send a message between sets, and is an easy code to accidentally press.

exsmogger has your answer either way. Hold deletes if you're using a 7208, or 7100.
