Yes, but you have to enable it for the user. Under preferences I believe there is a call log setting. You have a max of 600 records for the whole system that you can divide up amongst the users. You also have to tell it which type you want to collect, unanswered only, all calls, etc...
I don't have a system anymore to give you exact steps, but I am pretty sure that this where it's at. I believe the FTR code is 812.
