I'll be installing a USED NAM 4 next week, I've heard of the above software, does anyone know where I can get it or is it just as easy to program from the phone?

That software comes on the CD that comes with the NAM when new, so I'm assuming that is not available to you. It is just as easy to program through the phone. Don't forget to perform a REINSTALL to remove all previous programming, unless you don't care about the previous programming and recorded greetings.
