Im trying to access a NAM and make some changes to the COS's. I have everything on my laptop setup to access the NAM but it then says "NVM Manger is not enabled on the NAM". I have the Norstar VM Manager Client Install Disk and when I put it in the floppy drive and then go to "H. Appl instal" it says Error. Am I enabling the NVM Manager correctly?

think install disk is for pc not NAM and nam needs to be 3.0 or greater

thinkin if not preloaded in nam you may be sol

i ski there for i am

so its definitly not already installed...should show under access programming...i still think it may be an upgraded nam and wont have access with manager but should be able to change COS parameters thru com port with out vmail mngr
