Norstar Remote Utilities

I am trying to connect to a Norstar MICS using Norstar Remote Utilities 10.0. I am able to connect with the Backup and Restore feature of that application, but it stops because there is a "Map File ANG000eng" that is missing. Can someone direct me to where I can get this file or how I can work around this hurdle?

What software are you connecting too? you may need NRU 11.0

I want to say 4.1? I'm not really sure. I do know it is pretty old. Is NRU 11.0 something that must be purchased or can it be down loaded?
