I am a vendors tech with over 100 sites and would like to arrange the customer info in alfabetical order. It would be easier to find each customer. Also the date of last backup never populates. The older version of Norstar Manager had both of these features. Does anyone know how to make these features work on NRU 11.0?

I have not been able to find a way. It seems that NRU11 only puts the customers in numerical order of the sys id. You can put the first 8 digits of the phone number and have them sorted in a geographical order.

I quit using the phone number and use the system ID because I have had conflicts with numbers with the same area code office code and next 2 digits being the same. Using the system ID makes it much harder because there is nothing that I recognise in that field.

Any ideas as to why the "date and time of last backup" does not populate? I would even type it in if I could. None of the remote utilities did this. Only Norstar Manager 3.1 backing up 8x24 DR5 through MICS 1.1.
