Norstar NAM Crash

I've got a NAM in the field that keeps going down. Got a phone call this morning that their NAM went down. There was an error code of 01 or 10. Has anyone seen this? Rebooting seems to help it, and I've already replaced the drive once.

10 means ALL telephones went down, this would mean all ports.....did this alarm pop up on the reception set?

Not sure - they didn't mention it.

What would cause all phones to go down and the NAM to report it - the KSU? The NAM stopped working completely.

Just a thought but if you could check all connections on the KSU and the NAM to insure everything is secure.

Yes according to the KSU Alarm code you need to check connections.
Maybe it's on a flaky 0X16 or Fiber port.
