strange, norstar being an key system and opt 11 being a pbx (barely) might try posting that question in the norstar forum. to find merridian pbx manuals, google for merridian+merl.. that usually leads me a link when i am at a term without a copy on the drive.. on site i loaded a copy to a share drive so i can access it from any pc after i log on.. the basic dif betweent the norstar platform and the merridian is cli interface... if that newer system has a term to login to and not the bcm html interface your right about needing merls
