Norstar CAP Phones

I need some help with a Norstar Modular ICS 4.0.
The system that I will be working on has a PRI with the main DID number routing to an auto attendant in voicemail.
As far as I know, the system has no ACD capabilities.

I plan to add 2 phones with one CAP module per phone.
The phones will serve the system as an operator/receptionist.
Once the CAP phones are made operational, the objective will be to route the main number to ring both new phones and then overflow to the auto attendant if the call goes unanswered.

I haven’t worked on a Norstar in years so I’m a little rusty on the programming.
Questions:
1. How do you target a DID to ring both phones?
2. How do you make the unanswered calls overflow to the auto attendant?
3. If a system extension user dials 0 for the operator, can it ring both phones at the same time or just one?

Any suggestions on how to accomplish the objective would greatly be appreciated.

Question 1&2 treat target lines like physical lines. You can make them appear and ring. You can setthem to be answered by the AA after a predetermined number of rings.

Question 3 - Use a hunt group or an ANS DN.
