the CID data comes on the second ring and appreas on lines set to appear and ring, set the CID to Y in the telco feature off the set, if you have voicemail front make sure the voicemail anwers on the 2nd ring, thus CID info comes into the system

MICS below 6.1 would only display on 1 set per line. Upgrade to fix.
