Norstar ACD

We have a customer that has a blown power supply in a Norstar Applications Module with ACD Model 4 in it.

Does anyone have a part # for this power supply?
Also, is there any calibration I need to do after replacing the power supply?

We have a couple of NAMs with bad motherboards in the office. I'll check the power supplies for an NT number in the morning.
