When it asks for USERID: that indicates that the system is a BCM.
There is a default password that can get you in (google BCM Default password), but depending on the installer, he/she may have changed this to something else for security reasons.
I would call the company that installed the system to get this password.

TY Ynot, the guy in the field had his weekend brain in place already & didn't realize that there was a BCM 50 mounted down the wall from the old Norstar that never got de-installed. The passwords were all default & the User Id was the default "SETNNA". I appreciate the quick reply.
