I've programmed many parts of this system years ago, and the owner recently sold it to a renovated historical theater in my town.

M7310 handsets.
3 incomming lines
1. No ring show times recording.
2. Ring to business partner 1 and 2 handset, go to consessions if no answer, or hunt to line 3 if bussy.
3. Second business line.

4 extensions
1. Business partner 1
2. Business partner 2
3. Consessions
4. Lounge

I can set up voicemal and the usual stuff, my initial questions are...

1. Make line one no ring, pickup on say second ring and state the showtimes (outgoing greeting?).

2. Second greating on line 2 with the usual thing of dial the extension if you know it or default to ringing on ext 1 and 2 if it's not possible to have a second line menu.

3. Make the first business line fallover to consessions extension if no answer on ext 1 and 2

The system also has a startalk on it.

Thanks for any pointers.

Yes have AA answer 2 rings and set Appear Only on sets.

2. Second greeting on line 2 with the usual thing of dial the extension if you know it or default to ringing on ext 1 and 2 if it's not possible to have a second line menu.

Line one rolls to 2 no doubt, why a different greeting?
But yes can be done, use another Table such as 2.

3. Make the first business line fallover to consessions extension if no answer on ext 1 and 2

1 and 2 are not exts's, those are Path's that might point to ext's.
Go to Forward No Answer and program as need.

Sounds like you relay need a tech on site.

In regards to #2.

The first line will be for show times only, not intended for business. They do not want it to roll over to another line as it would supposedly be someone calling for show times. Line 2 and 3 are for incoming business calls that would ring to business handset 1 and 2, and roll to consessions if no answer.

Simply put,

3 lines, one would not ring, just state showtimes. Second and third lines routed to handsets business 1 and 2, with rollover to handset 3 (consessions) if no answer. Handset 4 in the lounge would likely only receive transfered calls.

Thanks for the input, it's greatly appreciated.
