After making to my toolbar in Word I close Word and then get a message that normal.dot is being used by another user and can not be saved. The changes to my toolbar are then erased. Does anyone have any ideas? thanks..

It is Word 2000 and I am using Windows NT Terminal Server and Citrix. It seems like Normal.dot is being saved to a shared drive.
If it is going to a shared drive it should be only a drive that belongs to you. You can't share a normal.dot file. Perhas you can change the location of the User Templates under TOOLS - OPTIONS - FILE LOCATIONS to a share only for you. joegz
