There is an IT manager at a remote site who is convinced that the IT manager where the Exchange server is located is reading the remote person's e-mail, and would like to be notified each time it happens.
Does anyone know of a way to set up Exchange so that it will run a batch file or kick off some sort of notification any time an administrator accesses a mailbox of which the administrator's account does not have ownership?
