Node Name vs. System Name

Looks like our node name and system name is different. I think by running hostname, it sets the system name. How do you set the node name?

Following error recieved when going into SAM - Network Interface cards:
The system name and the node name differ. The suggested value is listed below. If the suggested value is okay, press the OK button and the names will be reset. Otherwise modify the name and press the OK button.
 
Not sure if this is it, but I did find in /etc/rc.config.d/netconf a HOSTNAME and a NODENAME. They both where the same, but to the old name. I know we used the hostname command to change it to what we really wanted it called....

I also updated the /etc/hosts file to have the hostname match....

Is there anything else I might be missing??????
