I have succesfuly connected a Win 95 machine to a SBS server 2003. Mapped drives, connected to exchange OK but internet connectivity will not play ball for love nor money. Any suggestions ?

A few questions.
Can you ping 1.DNS server?(I'm assuming that it is the 2003box)
2.External addresses?
3.Gateway?

I can ping the DNS server (SBS 2003) I can ping the router, I can ping the external router address and I can ping the gateway.

With basic connectivity in place, it comes down to what your browser's trying to do.

Are you running ISA on your SBS server? Either way, check the browser on a 95 client and see if it autoconfigured for a proxy. If it did, it's going through your server and not straight out the gateway. You will have to either remove the proxy setting or configure ISA properly on your server (this may involved a client-side install too.)
