Hi all I am doing a voip bridge between sites and I cannot get the audio arrive to the end. To go from A to B. See the (long) explanation below:
I have 3 sites:
Configuration A
Site A talks to Site B - ip trunk between siteA and SiteB1 (where siteb1 is a medpro/clan combination)
All rotuing/firewalls are working an allow comunication links.
Configuration B
Site B talks to site C - ip trunk btween siteB2 and siteC (where siteb2 is a diferent set of board on the same switch as siteb1). All rotuing/firewalls are working an allow comunication links.
So from site A to B I can talk and from B to C I can talk. What I need to do now is to talk from C to A.
The IPs has a similar configuration as follows:
SiteA
medprositea 110.11.33.10
clansitea 110.11.33.11
SiteB1
medprositeb1 110.12.55.10
clansiteb1 110.12.55.11
SiteB2
medprositeb2 172.22.1.10
clansiteb1 172.22.1.11
SiteC
medprositec 192.168.1.10
clansiteC 192.168.1.11
when I do a call from B to A I can see this (list trace on the tac)
G729 ss
ff ps:20 rn:4/3 110.11.33.10:2604 110.12.55.10:2180
But when I do a call from C to A I can see this (list trace on the tac)
G729 ss
ff ps:20 rn:4/6 110.11.33.10:2596 172.22.1.10:2268
G729 ss
ff ps:20 rn:6/6 192.168.1.10:2296 172.22.1.10:2264
So from this I assume that the medpro in site A is trying to talk with medpro in site C but there
is no network routing to allow that so packets are being dropped.
Is there any way to force the link be siteA-SiteB1-SiteB2-SiteC? In that way the network/firewall would allow traffic.
I tested changing on the signaling group:
Direct IP-IP Audio Connections? n/y
IP Audio Hairpinning? n/y
I also tested changing on the network regions:
Intra-region IP-IP Direct Audio: no/yes
Inter-region IP-IP Direct Audio: no/yes
IP Audio Hairpinning? n/y
There is no way to do a direct connection SiteA to SiteC at the moment.
Any ideas would be great!!
Regards
