This is a very strange problem I'm having. Have a customer who is using a D100 DECT with 2 D160 handsets in a remote office(There is a Site-to-Site VPN between them). When you make a call from either D160, there is no audio passed through. You can hear everyone on the D160, but the other end cannot hear you. However, if you call the D160 from any phone, internal or external, there is full audio both ways. I have tried new handsets and replaced the D100 Base station to no avail. Direct Media is turned off on the SIP DECT line. I have tried calling from Digital phones from the main site and IP Phones at the same remote site with the same issues. Anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks.
