no server manager after installing SBS 2003 Premium

Sorry i meant Server Management.
Do i need to re-install because setup never gave me the opportunity to run any wizards. It looks like a MS server 2003 now.
I have setup SBS in lab environment and never had this problem where installing finishes without any wizards or Server Management

It sounds like something didn't complete properly. Open Add/Remove Programs > Windows Small Business Server 2003 and see if that completes setup. At least you should get to the component selection screen and can set Administrative Tools to "Install" which should complete things.
If it looks strange at all though... just start over. Better to have a good install than a buggy one.

ok.
My To Do list only shows the following:
Activate your server
Add Client Licenses
Add a Printer
Configure Fax
Configure Backup
So its not showing the default list of wizards.
DCHP, DNS and Active Directory seems ok. Clients is now geting IP's from the SBSbox so if i need to reinstall do i need to do this after hours again.

Jakess, You really need to run the integrated SBS setup like TechSoEasy said. Go to ADD/REMOVE Programs, and click on CHANGE/REMOVE for Windows Small Business Server 2003
(or run "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Integration\Windows Small Business Server 2003\setup.exe").
Click NEXT, Acknowledge any processor warnings that might appear, NEXT.
Then the system will run a COMPONENT PROGRESS check. After doing so, a COMPONENT SELECTION screen will appear. You should make sure that the appropriate items are installed. If they are not installed according to this screen, change the component's action to INSTALL. I believe SERVER MANAGEMENT is part of SERVER TOOLS->ADMINISTRATION
If the screen does say they are already installed, but you aren't seeing them, select the action to remove that component. After rebooting, try installing the component again with the integrated setup.
Just be sure that if your machine requires more setup, use the wizards. If you try to manually configure a portion of SBS before the system automatically completes the entire install using all the CDs, some of the "glue" that holds the SBS components together will be missing and cause other things to fail. When there is additional setup that the server needs to do, you will normally see an icon on your desktop to CONTINUE SETUP.
Also, be sure not to try to open any little boxes or command prompt windows you may see flash by during the install. It's all part of their script. If you click on things while its going on, you may cause the script to malfunction.
