Have a MICS 6.1 NVRAM 2 with PRI, when a person calls in they don't hear any ringback tone, the phones ring and you can answer and talk normaly. Integra has been out and changed their equipment. I went out and changed the DTI card, no affect. I'm at a loss as to what to do now??

I would assume the ring tone is generated on a ring tone generator card some where in the central office. Probably in a rack near the DTMF receiver cards.
Not at your end of the PRI.
Integra should contact the TELCO who owns the switch.
This is a case where _ _ _ _ goes up hill but somebody has to know how to push it.

The Norstar supplies the Ring Back, never heard where the busy tone ring back tone comes from.

If the Norstar supplies the ringback, do you think it's a bad MICS?

Yes, the Tone Generator is part of the internal workings

Is it the last RLS of 6.1 because earlier version did have PRI issues and I think Ring Back was one of them.

The source of the Ringback Tone depends on the disposition of the call. In the case of PRI ISDN, if the call is to an assigned station or service then the Norstar is providing Ringback or Busy Tone. If the DID is unassigned, then the CO switch will provide the appropriate tone signal/recording. On analogue DID trunks or CAS DS1 the Nostar provides all tone signals for trunks in service.

Just a follow up and thanks for all the replys, as it turned out it was the provider after all, they had something turned off in their switch, it took a lot of digging but I finally got the right guy. Something to do with the SIP trunks.
