No "interface serial" or "pri-group" on 12.1(5)

Hello!
I'm trying to create an PRI(E1)ISDN-connection from a 7200 router with 12.1(5) software to the PSTN (no PBX). Problem is, I cant use the commands:

Router(config)#interface serial

and

Router(config)#pri-group

The router have E1/T1 voice cards.
What have I missed.

You have to go into the Controller t1 interface to make a pri-group

once you do that, then it'll make the interface serial */0:23 or whatever...
