no printing from Internet

Hi everyone, hope someone can help here.

We are a public library system. This is a public computer. The computer is networked to a Windows 2000 Server. The computer in question is running NT4 OS, locked down by poledit. No other computer is having the problem.

The HP 4000TN printer will not print off the Internet. It shows blank pages in print preview off the Internet. Running IE6 SP1 with all security updates. Printer prints in other programs on computer.

I've reinstalled IE6, deleted old printer and reinstalled driver. Opened poledit lockdown to see if locked too tight.

Reset Encoding on View menu to Unicode and back. No go. Unclicked"Enable third party browser extensions" under Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Browsing. No go.

The computer is a GatewayE 4600SE, 1300 MGh, 256 MB RAM, 40GB hard drive.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi carrr,

I looked at the printer's margins, as the article states. Unfortunately, the margins are set correctly. So, no luck so far. I appreciate your help. Any other suggestions?
