No Printer.

Windows NT 4.0 workstation. Login as "Administrator" and install a printer. Log out. Log in as "User", and there's no printer! Why does this occur, and what can I do to prevent it?
 
have the users got rights to use teh printer.. log in as admin and give rights to users...
