No Power to Pc at all!

It's my first time at trying to bulid my own pc and when i fist turned it on everything was normal. the main start up screen came up asking me to press del for set up, it also said that my memory was wrong and both my reset button and my power button restarted that computer non of them turned it off. Anyway those were my first two problems..my second was when i tried to turn the computer on the next morning to try and fix the problems my computer would not turn on at all. No movement by the fan nothing it seems dead! Can any one help me

Check all power connections and make sure the power connector on the case is connected to the correct pins on the motherboard. If you still get nothing test the power supply.

Are you using all new parts? mobo,RAM, CPU,Video Card, etc
What OS?
