No permission to access resource

We have one server(with os windows2000 advance server)and about 50 clients in our office LAN. In one of the clients haveing windows98 when we go to the Network Neighbourhood it shows all the other computer in the network and also the Server. When i try to open the server from Network neighbourhood it give the error" No permission to access resource" and do not opens.

However in the machines having windows XP there is no problem like this.

Can someone provide me the solution?

you probly need to install the AD pack for win98.

but better solution is to get rid of any win98/95 computers
