no netware 4.11 license disk found

Hello all,
I have a netware 4.11 server taken out of the network a couple days ago. It was also setup on on a different tree.
I want to use the license from it, as it has a 100 user licenses listed on it.
I want to upgrade the license to netware 6.5 licenses on new server.
I cannot find the license disk anywhere here.
Is it possiable to copy the license to a diskette and put on new server then do my upgrade to 6.5 licenses?
How would I copy license from the old box?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok,
no reply not sure if the questions is clear then. I have the 4.11 box and I am in the box I am trying to move license to another server so I can use the upgrade license to 6.5. Question one do I have to install 4.11 on the new server or can I install the license and upgrade the license with the 6.5 license disk? Question two What file do I copy from 4.11 server for the license. I think I read it is a mls file and not a nls file not sure here and what directory is it in? I have no admin login here and so I loaded install and able to see directories. Hopefully I am thinking in the right direction.
