No music on queue..

Hello everyone,
IPO 500V2 7.0.(23) with VMPRO 7.0(17)
I have music on hold on a wave file working on hold in my system.
Problem is, when VM answer the call and transfer it to the HG if it goes into the queue, after the message there is just dead silence.
I`ve try to put the group "Hold Music Source" to no change and system source but still not working..
any hints guys??

If yes did you set it to MOH on there?

Yes announcements is on an set to music on hold..it`s pretty weird, first time i have this problem on queue..

I see you are not using VMPro 7.0.23
I have seen odd issues when using IPO on 7.0.23 and not using the right VMPro.
I think you better upgrade VMPro to 7.0.23

No, you will need 7.0.23
Also with IPO on 7.0.27 and VMPro on 7.0.23 there where strange issues (and the other way round)

Upgrade did not solve the problem...what i found very strange is, if i remove the queue and still queue in the VM Pro, the default queue annoncements is working an then the music goes on..
But in the VM pro what i found when i put it back is, queue annoucement is working with no music after but Still queue did not work either...very strange

Aaah wait, this is a bug in 7.0.23
Apply the patch for 7.0.23 and upgrade the IPO to that patch.

Do i extract the patch into the manager folder? How does it work exactly ?

Did you set that group to use a different MOH source at all ?

amriddle01, i try almost every setting on that HG to make it work..(system source,no change an another wave file)

For direct calls to a Hunt Group which has set up Announcements feature only the first Announsement is played, after that no music, no tone, no second Announsements are played.
Description (Problem Clarification)

Embedded VM does not play second announcement only plays first.

This has been classified as a product defect CQ124089. CQ124089 - 'User & Hunt Group Announcements - no disconnection from EVM after playing first announcement .wav clip. Works on 7.0.12.'
Problem Fix/Workaround/Solution

The PB 7.0.233101 with the incorporated fix is available for use.
Resolution Plan

It is recommended upgrading systems to the PB 7.0.233101 with the incorporated fix.


or... upgrade IPO to 7.27

It is for embedded but give it a shot, you never know.
But i have had isses with pre recorded prompts which did work when you played them from the VMPro client but did not work when called trough the module.
Can you try to rerecord them?
