Does instant messaging and presence work? Could be that you have no connection to OneX Portal. Be aware that you don't have to configure OneX Portal connection in Communicator because the needed information are send to Communicator from IPO during SIP registration.
To be honest I am not sure if offline call log has been supported in 9.1
Presence is working properly with onexportal
Communicator shows answered calls for incoming and outgoing calls but doesn't show the missed calls in history
