No message indicator from remote Meridian mail

I do not get an indicator of new mail on a option 11c with the meridian mail hosted on a option 61.

They are connected with a PRI tie line.

I just added this as we added a new location and I has a spare option 11c.

I have another option 11c just like this one that the indicator works from the same option 61, it is also connected via a PRI tie line.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have a CDP in LD 87 pointing over the tie to this specific number (it can be part of a range) If the signal has to go out to the PSTN route to get to the other building this will kill the indicator.

also look at the rcap on each route

in the rcap you need MWI and in the route, both sides need the same PNI

Thanks all the PNI on one end was 0 changed to 1 that took care of it!!!

I should not of missed that.
