No Keyboard or Mouse

Is your mouse USB or PS2? Also, is it wired or wireless?
If your keyboard is working during post, but not when you get into operating system, is it a USB or PS2 connection? If they are USB connections, check to make sure your USB Keyboard support is enabled, and the same for Mouse, or if there is no USB Mouse listed, check for any USB listings that show as disabled.
