No internet for network clients after new nic install

Hi guys

I have just done a job for a client, and we have hit a brick wall with this.
We have replaced the server LAN nic with a new gigabit lan card, all seemed ok. Clients can connect, see the shares and everything else. Except the internet connection.
The internet is set up with an ADSL modem, connected to a router/firewall - then connected to the network via a second nic card in the server. The server can browse the intenret, VPN connection works into the server, but the clients do not have internet.
Does anyone have any ideas how to get it going?

Sounds like you need to configure Routing and Remote Access (RRAS) for your new nic.

Is this an SBS box?

Yes, SBS 2003.
RRAS has been configured, set for VPN and NAT
Outside nic set as internet connection, and inside set as LAN (of course)
