Is it stutter tone that quickly becomes reorder?
If so, you may have inadvertently turned on the pickup dialing feature.
742xxx...xxx# defines the number to be automatically dialed on pickup (after a system wide programmable delay, default is 1 second)
741 activates
740 deactivates
If it's activated without being defined, or defined as gibberish, you'll get ROT one second after lifting handset (pressing SP-Phone, etc.)
