No Install patch option in my IA770?

HI,

I need to install patch for my IA770. I follow the guide on how to do it. But as I go through, there was no option under messaging software to install software. Did I miss something to look at?

copy the patches with "download", which puts them in /var/home/ftp/pub

then on the IA770 web pagem you shuold have "advanced software installation", should find the ability to install them from there.

Ive already downloaded the patches. Under messaging software and messaging administration there was no option in installing such.

You need "craft" level permissions to see the menu options you are looking for. You need to load these patches as "craft" when you're building the system during the initial load, or you need the dadmin login.

You're probably logging in as a super-user, or using the standard "sa" login, right?
