no incomming mails

I am new to ex2000.realy stuck with a big server.
tell me how to track the incomming mail flows.
I am online now and waiting for your help.

Turn on Message Tacking on properties of the server in ESM. Dan

Removed Trend virus scan and every thing is OK now.
