No Incoming Caller ID on phones, see it in System Status 1

Hello,

I am running an IP Office 500 system with a PRI input. None of the phones I am using show an incoming caller ID for external calls. They all say "External". Caller ID works fine for internal calls. At first I thought this was a problem with the PRI, but in System Status I can see the incoming caller ID of each caller.

I've been looking through the .cfg trying to figure out what it might be. Could it be related to Extn|Extn "Caller Display Type"? On all of my phones the Caller Dispay Type is set to Off and the box is grayed out so I can't change it. The phones in question are 5402 and 5410s. Mainly 5410s.

No that setting should not matter that is why it is grayed out. That is not for Digital phones. are the calls comming thru something in the voicemail that could be stripping the caller id or are they comming from a hunt group or something. how are the channels set up under the PRI.
 
The ICR is routing it to a hunt group.

Channels:

Channel: 1
Groups: 5 5
Line Appearance:
Direction: Bothway
Bearer: Any
Service: None
Admin: In Service

for all 23 channels
 
Just to clarify the Channel changes from 1-23 for the 23 channels. They aren't all 1.
 
whiteEEnerd, check you have it set to PRI an not T1 as T1's don't support caller id

Thanks for the help, but it turns out I'm just an idiot.

I called AT&T and they verified that I'm not getting any caller ID and will fix it ASAP. The caller ID I was seeing in the System Status was actually for numbers that were dialed out, not numbers that were coming in.

Sorry for the confusion!
