No help in manager

Loaded a R3.2 software version in a IPO500 V2, manager converted the config from R3.2 to R6.1
Everything seems to work as before, only the help function in manager
doesn't work anymore, if i push the help button in manager nothing happens.
If i load a config of another customer help is working again.
What's wrong ?
 
reinstalled 6.1 manager?

We do beta testing R8 and use manager 10.0(3).
Did a reinstall, same problem.
 
Uninstall the Manager, rename the Manager directory and reinstall it....or did you already tried that?

check in the Manager directory if you have the .chm files in there.
