No display on T7316e telephone on IPO500v2

We have a IPO500v2 rls 9.0 with a Digital Station Module 16A. I plugged in a T7316e telephone and I get station dial tone on the intercom button and can make and receive calls but I do not get a time and date display. Am I missing something in programming?
Any assistance will be appreciated.

What do you see on the display.

Is it the same on another port.

Have you set the expansion module in manager to 16a
I don't use them but I will assume it is since it's working.

Have you tried another phone.

Have you other phones plugged in and do they display the time &date

I was able to use the Upgrade Procedure to sync the 16A module and that fixed the problem. Thanks for your input.
