no dial tone, unless scr key is pushed 3

I have this happen only randomly.

Some phonesets don't give you dial tone when you pick up the handset until you push the key associated with one of your lines. But then on others, as soon as you pick up the hand set, you get dial tone. This doesn't seem to happen on certain models (it has happened to me on 2616s and 3904s). What controls this? Maybe there is a setting that I just don't know about...

Should he add OLA to the class of service options instead?

I've also seen issues with ACD agents when the ACD queue has RDNA = YES. This setting will prevent ACD agents from making outgoing calls unless they are logged into the queue.

ira to me is incoming ringing so when you phone rings with cls ira and lpk you will pick up to the lpk key.
ola is for outgoing so it will pick up a free line up to the lpk key.
so add both ira and ola.
