If you are using 11.04 feature pack the RTP ports have changed
Check the help file to get the new ones.
For Server Linux
min 46750 max 50750
nat min 47000 nat max 50750

? sounds more like missing VCM channels to me
VM Pro does not use VCM resources

Server edition does not need VCM's - I am talking about RTP ports here. Real Time protocol. RTP ports do similar to vcm's. If it was a v2-500 I would agree but not on SE.
