No dial-in from outside?

Hi; i have some troubles to dail to my system from ouside.
My system have an E1-Trunk witch 30 B-Channels and all kind of extensions (Phones,modems,fax,isdn).

So,the problem is: when i'm dialing from mobilephone or isdn outside to any extension on the switch,that's going on!
But when i'm dial to my switch from an analog-modem or phone outside,i become a "busy"-tone or "number not exist".

My telephoneprovider says,the E1-Line is ok and all features are enabled,he sees the switch and says the switch does not pickup!

Note: the switch is a G3-V6

Any ideas? I don't know,what i can do.....thx!

Did you run a list trace on the trunk group and make a test call? you'll see if you're receiving it and what's happening...

ähhm no;i didn't think to do that. So i try it on monday and i hope,i see something on the trunk group..

Hello,sjforcum;
i've troubleshooted my problem today;now dialin to my switch is succesfull.

The problem was at an entry in the Trunk-Group,the numbering-format was set to "enbloc/enbloc" and i have changed this to "overlap/enbloc".

A very short change for a great Problem,i think....
