My customer is experiencing a problem.
IPO500V2, release 11.1.0.4 sp1
SIP Trunk
Avaya J129
External call (A) enters a J129 (B). CLI is displayed (0201234567).
Then, tries to transfer the call, so they put it on hold and make a call to a colleague (C). This does not answer, so the B station reclaims the call.
Now, instead of the CLI, External is displayed on the screen.
Anyone else did see this?
