Hello
I have seen other questions asked about this problem ,when trying to connect to citrix Nfuse, unfortunatly
Iam having the same problem
only with a few home PC's. some work and some do not
there seems to be no logical reason.
I amassuming that asthemajority of home users can connect , Our firwall settings are corrct, with the correct ports are availaible ?
The latest plugins have been used, the latest versions of IE have been tested , couldthisbedown to idividual ISP, not allowing certian ports ?

Can you check if those that don't work have installed the citrix web-client? Some of our users don't download it even though it is on the login page.

all the people connecting to our NFuse are using either std Dial up or home broadband connections
I first thought it could be the ISP "Blocking" certain ports(1494), but then we have had other users , usung the same ISP's and it works for them ???????

ISP's are AOL(UK) Freeserve and Tesco.net

Thanks

if they're using NFuse then they are probably using port 80 right? Are they being fed an IP address when they authenticate? Are the addresses coming from the same IP pool? Are they taking the same route?
