Having 300 ip-phone,s and only 1 Pri with 2 med-pro,s so the size of dcp 128 shoot not be a problem.
After i busy and release the medpro boards the al looks good, but after a day problem returns, what i find really bad is no alarms and no errors!!!
System is High reliability eveything double but still they can,t dial or be call,t just try to explain that.
Only one thing i found is that i have all 96xx phone,s and read a manual today that if you use these type of phone,s you have to use an TN2602 and i use 2 TN2302!!!
Verify These Network Requirements
1. The LAN must use Ethernet Category 5e cabling running the IPv4 version of Internet Protocol.
2. Avaya Communication Manager Release 3.0 or later software supports the 9600 Series IP
Telephones, aliased as 4600 Series IP Telephones. Specifically, the 9620 should be aliased as a
4610 and the 9630 should be aliased as a 4620.
3. The following two circuit packs must be installed on the switch:
? TN2602 IP Media Processor circuit pack. Sites with a TN2302 IP Media Processor circuit pack
must also install a TN2602 circuit pack.
It looks like you are running release 1.1. You might want to upgrade to 1.2. The document above references 1.2 and is dated January 2007. It looks like Avaya has changed the requirements.
