NO BIOS

I have a tulip with Intel MB PIII 450Mgh.When I press F2 to enter to BIOS a blue screen with hourglass appeared in the middle.And this takes a long time.AS this is not normal I am asking for an answer.

Any solutions?:))

Does the system boot up?

An hourglass hmm.
That leads me to believe that windows has started loading.
So BIOS entering did not work.

try holding the delete key down - that is an alternative way of opening the bios.
