no audio when using avaya softphone via checkpoint network extender

Hi,

I'm having problems with audio when i try to connect my avaya softphone passing through checkpoint sslvpn using network extender. I can connect to the call manager without errors. I can also dial the number inside internal network and can hear ringback as well but audio problems happen. They cannot hear me and vice versa. Checkpoint firewall is running on R77.20. Also i have configured the VPN pool address with a NO-NAT rule as well as back and forth policies from CM server to VPN pool. can someone help me on this? I might have missed some configuration.

The setup is TCP, but the voice will be UDP. Have you allowed UDP through the firewall?
