No audible alerts on voice call?

I've got a customer that's insisting that an employee has figured out how to disable the initial alert and subsequent 15 sec interval beeps during a voice call...and are wanting this disabled as it causes a security issue.

I'm not aware of any way to bypass these alerts without the person at the far end hitting the mute key, but they're saying that isn't happening.

Any ideas here? I've never heard this one before!

there is a customer who wud pay anything to get that beep off ... there si no way that i know of.

disable voice calling except for authorized phones
 
No way that I know of either!

How would you disable voice call? The person that is doing this knows the feature code, so how would I prevent them from accessing the feature?

The only way I know of is to do voice call deny (F88)
at the phones he is voice calling.
