I'm using Outlook Express on a Windows 2000 OS and I can't see the names of attachments in emails that I send OR receive. In fact, the only reason I know there's an attachment in an open email is by the attachment field being visible, but it always looks empty. When I attach a file to an email myself I can only see a generic Windows icon, but no filename. If I try to forward an email that contains attachments, I get a dialogue box saying: "Some of the files could not be found and could not be attached to the message. Would you like to send the message anyway?"

We have reinstalled ie5.5 to no avail...
